Trilliant is hiring a Software Support Engineer who will work under the supervision of a Software development/Support Manager. The Software Support Engineer will conduct detailed analyses of complex problems encountered by the customer to determine the causes and propose solutions. He will have to be autonomous and efficient in the management/realization of his projects while collaborating effectively with internal experts, to allow a quick resolution of customer problems.
