As a Software Support Engineer, your main role is to address, troubleshoot and resolve technical and operation issues relating to software application, function and upgrades. Additionally, you need to resolve customer complaints or problems and create incident reports, root cause for each issue reported. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides assistance, advice, troubleshoot and solution for software application problems/malfunction, investigating problems, identifying their root causes, and suggesting solutions and/or pathways to customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work to diagnose performance issues and create solutions to help customer navigate around these issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to customer enquiries through service ticketing platform or through email on the clarification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot and resolve application issues as per Service Level Agreement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop customer relationship through professional, dependable and accurate interactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record and manage best practice resolutions for company\xe2\x80\x99s self service knowledge base.
