- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Fluent in Chinese, Malaysia and English.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- To provide technical software support and customization to customer by trouble shooting through phone / email / remote assistance
- To provide training for our end users
- To demonstrate our software to potential customers
- Attending to incoming calls by customer encounter system problem
- Others, as instructed by the management.
