- Language: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCount Accounting Software, Payroll System
- Relevant Field of Study: Accounting, Information Technology
- Relevant Experience: Finance/Accounting Experience, Technical Support Experience, Customer Service Experience
- Soft Skills: Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills
- Personality: Willing to Learn, Passion
- Providing application support via telephone, remote assistance or email.
- Handle incoming calls from end users.
- Handle software updates & installation and advise.
