Description: Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Develop, maintain and optimize the Quotation Configurator by implementing system updates and troubleshoot technical issues related to the system, including bugs and errors. xe2x80xa2 Work closely with the regional Key users and the Sales Support team to gather technical specifications, rules, and product updates to enhance the Quotation Configurator. xe2x80xa2 Assist with system integration by collaborating with the development team in Germany to ensure the smooth implementation of new functionalities and improvements. xe2x80xa2 Support regional users and the global development team in resolving issues, implementing new feature requests, and effectively solving bug reports. xe2x80xa2 Regularly analyze the configurator program for potential optimizations related to performance, usability, and scalability. xe2x80xa2 Offer technical support to users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. . Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Educational Background and technical skills: xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of system architecture and ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software. xe2x80xa2 Strong understanding of software development processes. xe2x80xa2 Relevant certifications or training in object bases programming languages and system development are a plus as well as experience in database management xe2x80xa2 Experience: xe2x80xa2 Experience in programming, software development, with a focus on business or enterprise-level applications. xe2x80xa2 Experience in developing or maintaining configurator programs or similar software solutions is a plus. xe2x80xa2 Problem-Solving and Communication: xe2x80xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring issues and requirements are clearly understood and addressed. xe2x80xa2 Other Skills: xe2x80xa2 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
