Description: Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and optimize the Quotation Configurator by implementing system updates and troubleshoot technical issues related to the system, including bugs and errors. Work closely with the regional Key users and the Sales Support team to gather technical specifications, rules, and product updates to enhance the Quotation Configurator. Assist with system integration by collaborating with the development team in Germany to ensure the smooth implementation of new functionalities and improvements. Support regional users and the global development team in resolving issues, implementing new feature requests, and effectively solving bug reports. Regularly analyze the configurator program for potential optimizations related to performance, usability, and scalability. Offer technical support to users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. . Qualifications: Educational Background and technical skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of system architecture and ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software. Strong understanding of software development processes. Relevant certifications or training in object bases programming languages and system development are a plus as well as experience in database management Experience: Experience in programming, software development, with a focus on business or enterprise-level applications. Experience in developing or maintaining configurator programs or similar software solutions is a plus. Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring issues and requirements are clearly understood and addressed. Other Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
