Role Description The Software Technician will be responsible for performing software installations and upgrades, providing technical support, and resolving any software-related issues raised by clients. The Software Technician will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting solutions locally and remotely and maintaining good communication with clients throughout the process. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Experience with software troubleshooting (Post sales complaint/inquiry handling of software) Knowledge of operating systems, both Windows/PACS/DICOM and Linux Knowledge of database management systems and computer networks is a plus Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Technician located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
