Job Description

Job Scope:

Support automation and scheduling systems to ensure smooth production operations. Assist in implementing efficiency improvements for cycle time, tool utilization, and factory dispatching. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update scheduling models and automation processes. Provide training and documentation for OI systems and processes. Monitor and maintain system integration for dispatching, scheduling, and automation changes. Hands-on support for troubleshooting and ensuring accurate data flow between systems to maintain manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Systems:

Operate and troubleshoot Assembly & Test automation systems (e.g., APF, Scheduler). Perform routine checks to ensure system stability.

Dispatching & Scheduling:

Follow established rules to ensure production flow aligns with area priorities.

Data Accuracy & Reporting:

Update and verify dashboards and reports to support accurate site metrics.

Process & Line Support:

Maintain line balance and area optimization; report production flow issues.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in improvement activities (cycle time, tool performance) and provide feedback.

System & Tool Handling:

Operate and monitor internal systems (MAM, ET, MES, Toolview, VMS Mozart). Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Fresh graduates (Diploma holders) and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Knowledge of dispatching and programming is an added advantage. Regular working hours apply; however, candidates should be open to supporting shifts if required.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
