Location: KL Tenure: Permanent Salary : Basic Salary Responsibilities: s Work together with Product Owner, Product Development Team Lead, Business/ Functional Analysts, UI/UX designer, Software Architect and Developers to proactively understand and clarify on user requirements Design, develop, modify & maintain test cases, test procedures / process and testing activities for different environments (e.g. browser, mobile, desktop, server, AWS, Azure, etc) and for ad hoc situations such as replicating field-reported problems or load testing under specific conditions Implement test automation solution Setup test environment, test/mock data preparations and testing tools. Execute test cases and report defects, define severity and track defects and follow-through on defect resolutions Participate in project, Scrum, end-user meetings and support downstream user acceptance test when needed Ensure proper documentation of test cases / scenarios, test results, etc test related items. Conduct POC on new testing technology, tools, automation, etc. Make recommendation to systemically reduce defects and drive quality improvement Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years\' relevant experience in performing and managing software testing in web and mobile Experienced in implementing test processes (functional and non-functional) on projects, write test plans/cases, procedures and scripts, and analyzes test results Experienced in setting up and performing test automation. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/SCRUM, processes and methodologies especially types of test performed in various stages of development cycle. Certification in software testing e.g. ISTQB, CAST, etc will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge/experience of one or more of the followings will be an added advantage: o ASP.NET, C# o Java, Javascript, Angular and/or other programming languages o Microsoft SQL database and SSRS reporting service Exposure/experience in using software testing tools or frameworks e.g. Selenium, Katalon, JMeter, Groovy, GitHub, Postman, Robot Framework etc Exposure/experience in one or more of the following types of tests will be an added advantage: o API, Performance, Load and Security Testing o Automated testing in CI/CD as part of DevOps Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communications and documentation skills, including experience in writing SOPs, work instructions, training and other relevant documentation Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage If you are interested in the position, kindly apply directly online by clicking on the \'Apply\' button.
