Background: A renowned video game company that focuses exclusively on the development and publishing of sports-themed video games.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Walking distance to Monorail / LRT Station/ KTM

Position: Software Tester

Tenure: 1 year contract ( Renewable basis)

Remuneration: RM 4500 - RM 5500

• Partner with QV team to execute game testing through the development cycle to ensure the highest quality of game service
• Reviewing game design documents and creating/updating test scripts(cases) with guaranteed test coverage, running professional test in script- based gameplay, functional, regression, performance, balance, assets, usability and user perspective exploratory areas.
• Mainly detecting bugs through multiple testing and complete following-up to be fixed in bug tracking system ( JIRA,JAAS, etc.).
• Reporting daily tests results and sharing test progress, bug status and any quality issues in a summarized way
• Suggesting ideas to improve game quality, player experience, gameplay balance and user satisfaction through the development cycle.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience in game ,IT, SW Product testing or QA
• Experienced or compatible capability to use MS office, communication, sharing and co-work system tools (Jira, Jaas, Slack, Confluence, notion, testrail, etc..)
• Enjoys gameplay and knowledge on concurrent game trends, business and industries
• Good attitude, communication skills and fluency in English is preferred.
• Strong observational skills, analytical and focused on details.
