Job Description

The position will report directly to the Project Manager and/or CEO. You will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning solar photovoltaic systems. You will be able to coordinate our activities with the client and workers/sub-contractors within a job site and be responsible for meeting project budgets and deadlines, including managing client expectations. Responsibilities Prepare, plan, and monitor project schedules Identify and coordinate any required project permits Work closely with local partners, suppliers, and client representatives on project-related matters, including attending client meetings where necessary Plan, arrange and monitor all project components to ensure timely delivery to meet installation timelines Ensure workplace safety is implemented at the site at all times to the compliance with local regulations and to ensure zero fatality or lost time injuries. Ensure proper documentation of projects Participate in regular internal technical meetings to discuss project status, project resources, and other needs Provide sales support function when required, eg. assist in tenders, RFQs & budgets Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in electrical/M&E and construction engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic 2-3 years\' experience installing PV solar systems / construction / electrical works in commercial and/or industrial buildings Experiences in on-site supervision for Solar PV or any Power Plant construction Experiences in QA/QC for Solar PV or any Power Plant and Interconnection work construction Familiar with TNB/SEB/SESB standards and requirements Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), AutoCAD, and construction modelling software will be an advantage Job Types: Full-time In addition to the above minimum listed requirements, candidates who demonstrate the following skills and capabilities may receive greater consideration during the evaluation process Strong organisational, follow-through, and communication skills - must be dependable, proactive, and prompt Fluent in English communication skills; the ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
