Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Communication:
Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
Reporting:
Preparing and presenting project reports and documentation.
Change Management:
Managing project changes, ensuring they are properly assessed and implemented.
Technical and Operational Responsibilities:
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Quality Control:
Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Supervision and Mentoring:
Supervising and mentoring project teams, providing guidance and support.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges that arise during the project.

Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)
or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in
project management
, preferably in
electrical, construction, solar, or engineering projects
.
Proven experience managing
project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders
.
Strong understanding of
engineering standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
.
Experience in
site supervision, coordination, and project execution
.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
PMP or other project management certification is an advantage (but not mandatory).
