Project Management:

Planning and Scheduling:

Developing project scopes, timelines, and schedules, utilizing project management tools like Gantt charts and WBS to ensure clear task breakdowns and accountability.

Budget Management:

Creating project budgets, managing project finances, and ensuring profitability.

Resource Management:

Allocating and coordinating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Risk Management:

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.

Communication:

Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.

Reporting:

Preparing and presenting project reports and documentation.

Change Management:

Managing project changes, ensuring they are properly assessed and implemented.

Technical and Operational Responsibilities:

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Quality Control:

Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Supervision and Mentoring:

Supervising and mentoring project teams, providing guidance and support.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges that arise during the project.

Site Visits and Inspections:

Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance.

Procurement:

Coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment.

Design and Implementation:

Overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)

or related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in

project management

, preferably in

electrical, construction, solar, or engineering projects

. Proven experience managing

project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders

. Strong understanding of

engineering standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements

. Experience in

site supervision, coordination, and project execution

. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. PMP or other project management certification is an advantage (but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
