About the job Solar PV Project Engineering Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the engineering aspects of Solar PV projects, including site assessments, system design, equipment selection, and technical documentation preparation.

2. Collaborate with the sales team to review project requirements, assess feasibility, and provide technical support in the development of customized Solar PV solutions for clients.

3. Conduct comprehensive site visits to assess environmental factors, conduct feasibility studies, and identify any potential challenges or risks that may impact the project\'s implementation.

4. Prepare detailed project plans, engineering designs, and construction drawings, adhering to industry standards, local regulations, and customer requirements.

5. Coordinate closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality Solar PV components and materials, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

6. Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team during the construction phase, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any technical issues or discrepancies to ensure project milestones are achieved within the specified timelines.

7. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular status reports for the Project Manager, highlighting any potential deviations or challenges that require immediate attention or corrective measures.

8. Conduct thorough quality assurance and control checks to verify the integrity and functionality of installed Solar PV systems, performing necessary tests, and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

9. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, engineering consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project coordination and adherence to all legal and technical requirements.

10. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Solar PV technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory changes, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation in project management methodologies.

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is required; Master\'s degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in project management or engineering roles within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.

3. In-depth knowledge of Solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning processes, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.

4. Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVSol, or other relevant design software for Solar PV system modeling and analysis.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

6. Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and deliver projects within the allocated budget and timeline.

7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, fostering a cooperative and results-oriented work environment.

8. A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in all project activities.

9. Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is highly preferred
