1) Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers 2) Managing, interpreting customer requirements, persuading clients that the proposed product or service will best satisfy their needs 3) Provide support for review/preparation of proposals, including customer meeting during project development stage. 4) Key liaison person to obtain key project parameters requirement to facilitate the finalisation of the design of the solar PV system, and to work together with the design team to develop product and project proposal to be presented to customers. 5) Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs 6) Formulating and drafting quotations for client based on bills of quantity developed by design team. 7) Negotiating and closing all sales terms & conditions, tender and contract terms. 8) Assist in compilation of the needed procedural documentation submission and approval process in related to the project (i.e. SEDA, ST, TNB, MIDA, MyHijau and any other relevant agencies related to the project). 9) Overall key contact person to the project owner/ customer from soliciting business to successful commissioning of the project. 10) Liaise with design team and site management team to deliver the project per schedule and site installation quality per project specification. 11) Solicitate after sales service, operation & maintenance and all relevant cross selling activities contributing to wallet size customer. 12) Participate in project tendering task force team to lead on commercial part for tender submission. 13) Preparation of sales report for updating and discussion purposes with the management team.
