What You'll Do:

Drive revenue through

consultative sales to residential customers (B2C)

. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering continuous support, relevant information, and professional guidance. Identify new business opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring excellent after-sales service and long-term engagement.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

1-2 years of Sales experience (B2C preferred)

. Strong proficiency in

English

, and able to communicate in

basic Mandarin

to engage with our customer base. Open to candidates from any background --

Engineering

knowledge is a plus! Strong interest in sustainability and technology! Results-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
