Solar Site Supervisor
Job Description
Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors
Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols
Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
Handle site accidents according to established protocols
Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance
Analyze blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to improve efficiency
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience Certified chargeman will be an added advantage Experience in the Solar Energy Industry is a plus Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia Good time management and planning skills Independent, proactive, responsible, and committed personality Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
