Solution Analyst (Banking)

Job description

:

• Work in Digital & Distribution within the tech value stream
• Contribute to high-level solutions and oversee development
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, system solutions architect, and development team
• Ensure alignment of solutions with user stories and product backlogs
• Address key technical concerns in project delivery
• Ensure adherence to fundamental governance processes
• Analyze upcoming systems and technologies
• Implement comprehensive support structure and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with infra, architects, dev ops, business, API team, and stakeholders for high-level solution design
• Develop a profound understanding of technical practices, databases, integration, and system security
• Evaluate epics, user stories, and backlogs in comparison to current system features for technical solutions
• Plan and execute technical briefings and validation sessions with senior stakeholders independently
• Collaborate with DevOps to engineer software for onboarding
• Provide inputs to ensure solutions comply with the bank\'s governance, compliance framework, and local regulatory requirements
• Stay updated and communicate key milestones throughout the project cycle
• Own and execute the project plan
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, align on the overall approach, and provide direction
• Gather feedback from end-users for continuous system improvements
• Quickly adapt to banking governance procedures and processes and share knowledge with new team members
• Assess proposed support structures and mechanisms for new onboarding systems.
