Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from ideation to RFS while proactively communicate and collaborates with stakeholders, ISD, business users and vendors throughout project implementation and also follow up on post production issue within the stabilization period.
Executes plans and strategies needed to achieve the portfolios vision and build the capabilities to enable optimal delivery that aligns with strategic intent and input from relevant stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, as frequently needs to examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development as well as find ways to align projects with understanding of enterprise-level system\'s architecture and capabilities to effectively solution the services to meet business objectives.
Works effectively with business, product managers/owners, vendors and internal team members to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
Builds and maintains stronq, Iong-lastinq stakeholder relationships with multiple parties
Responsible for handling change request and projects in multiple areas involving Customer Engagement, Sales, Contact Center and Mobile Applications
Involve and participate in Requirement clarifications, Solutioning, Testing and Production Support
Able to provide solution recommendation options and analytical skills for the requirement/problem statements
Able to recommend workaround to meet business requirement
Able to take up extra responsibilities when and as needed to support the team
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree / Master\'s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in Telco area.
Able to independently work and self-learn while seeking guidance from relevant parties
Able to demonstrate good communication and good self conduct and relationship with all parties
