The goal of this initiative is to ensure compliance, provide the best customer experience, and adapt to the changing regulatory environment.As a Solution Architect, the candidate will be responsible for gathering information, analyzing requirements, and preparing architectural documentation. They will also identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities, and develop appropriate solutions. This includes establishing efficient architecture development and implementation plans and considering all aspects of the job, including process improvement. The candidate will need to have the ability to overcome complexities involved in changing processes and implementing new technologies, considering the impact on people and the organization.Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement efficient architecture development and implementation plans.
• Gather information for analysis and define functional and technical requirements.
• Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities, and develop appropriate solutions.
• Accomplish architecture tasks with attention to detail and quality.
• Conceptualize new technological solutions and products aligned with business objectives.

Required Experience:

• At least 8 years of multi-disciplined IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with architecture responsibilities in large organizations with high volume/high transaction environments, ideally in logistics, airlines, supply chain, or transportation industries.
• Solid background in shaping the architecture of new enterprise-level products using the Platform-based IT Services Model.
• Expertise in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including Event Management and Complex Event Processing, with exposure to digitalization and cloud implementations.
