In this role you will be responsible for the digitalization of processes in the group that go far beyond IT Service Management. You will play a key role in building solutions based on a variety of IT, employee and creator workflows from ServiceNow - always with a full focus on the user experience. You have many years of professional experience in IT analysis and architecture with ServiceNow. You have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (core platform and AppEngine). Experience with CSM,ITBM/SPM,FSM is preferred.
