With a strong presence globally, our client is a market leader and holds a leading market presence in over 20 and more countries as the leader in their field. They are currently looking for a leader to head their solution architecture team for their professional services business.

Job Responsibilities:

• This role requires you to hire, train and develop new Solutions Architects for the team (inclusive of both Infra and software) especially on AWS platform & techology
• You will also be building relationshops with decision makers within customer accounts and enable them to be "cloud advocates"
• As a key member, you will ensure the success in building and migrating applications, software and services onto the AWS platform
• In this role, you are also expected to have a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
• You will also act as a liaision between customers, service engineering teams and support

To qualify an individual must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• More than 10 years of experience leading technical staff in demanding customer contexts
• Possess good working knowledge of software development tools and/or infrastructure automation and/or large scale enterprise workload migrations
• Good in stakeholder management and customer facing experience
• Excellent communication skills in English experienced dealing with GLC environment
