About the job:Our client is a Fintech company specializing in payment gateways looking to expand the capabilities of their tech team.Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of seasoned Java developers and testers dedicated to prioritizing quality and enthusiasm for technology.
• Unquestionable expertise and foresight in building top-notch software.
• Proficient in discerning when to utilize microservices or event-driven architectures, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind such choices.
• Guide development teams in making optimal architectural decisions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Product Owner to attain optimal outcomes.
• Assume a leadership role in coaching your team through the software development process.
• Spearhead discussions related to software architecture.
• Astutely translate distinct customer requirements into universal solutions
• Transform concepts into viable technical solutions and adeptly communicate them in a comprehensible manner to all stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possess bachelor's or master's degree, in IT / Software Engineering
• Hold a robust technical foundation.
• Proficiency in the Java Ecosystem, REST services, Spring, Spring Boot, ActiveMQ (or alternative message broker), Kafka, Maven, Jenkins
• Minimum 5 years of Java development experience (preferably Java 8 or 11)
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as Elastic Search
• Expertise in Scrum and agile software development
• Demonstrated modeling skills in Software and Threat domains.
• Adept at risk identification
• Skilled in estimation and documentation
