We're looking for a

Solution Architect

to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-grade solutions. You'll translate business challenges into clear, scalable architectures -- ensuring every technical decision aligns with performance, security, and long-term value.

microservices, Kubernetes, RMQ, and MySQL

, and you thrive on solving complex technical problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams, this is your stage to lead.

What You'll Do

Develop, own, and continuously improve the

technical capability blueprint

for the organization. Analyze and understand current

technical environments and systems

to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead

solution ideation, design, and implementation

activities -- from concept to deployment. Define the

vision, requirements, and roadmap

for solutions aligned with business objectives. Review and validate solution designs, prototypes, and traceability matrices to ensure quality. Resolve

technical challenges

faced by business, product, and project teams. Share

best practices and technical guidance

across teams. Participate and lead discussions with customers and stakeholders when required.
What You Bring

? Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

?

5+ years

of proven experience in

solution architecture and design

? Strong technical expertise in:

RMQ (RabbitMQ)

MySQL

Kubernetes (K8s)

Microservices Architecture

? Experience working in

Scrum / Agile

environments
? Excellent

communication, documentation, and stakeholder management

skills
? Deep understanding of

System Analysis and Design

? Ability to identify and escalate

project-level risks

proactively
? Professionalism, accountability, and disciplined execution

Bonus:

Experience in

AFC (Automated Fare Collection Systems)

is a plus.
