Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Design innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms that enhance solution delivery. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture. Continuously assess and improve solution designs based on industry trends and client feedback.

Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is required. * Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Expert proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing are recommended.
