Kuala LumpurKey Responsibilities:
Design and customize cloud solutions for customers, ensuring seamless implementation and project delivery. Act as the technical bridge between customers and Tencent Cloud's backend teams, translating customer requirements and industry best practices into actionable solutions. Monitor, oversee, and deliver both POCs and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards. Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting and advisories, collaborating with sales teams to drive customer engagement and cloud adoption. Standby for post-sales technical support requests from our premier customers, may need to work in some weekends and/or public holidays on a roster basis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 1~2 years of experience in public cloud, CDN and/or cloud security. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with regional and China-based stakeholders. Exposure to AI, scripting language development, and project management skills are preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
