xf0x9fx94xb9 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Ensure integration of Salesforce CRM with other enterprise systems and contact centre technologies.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Act as the technical lead for solution design, implementation, and optimisation across multiple platforms.xe2x80x8bWhat We're Looking Forxe2x9cx94 8-15 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specializing in Salesforce CRM and Contact Centre technologies.
xe2x9cx94 Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Marketing Cloud and Leads Management (a plus).
xe2x9cx94 Experience in Genesys omnichannel integration and Contact Centre technologies.
xe2x9cx94 Demonstrable track record leveraging data and AI to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
xe2x9cx94 Expertise in solution design, systems architecture, and integration of CRM and Contact Centre solutions.
xe2x9cx94 Ability to work with business and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
xe2x9cx94 Certifications in Salesforce, Genesys, or related architecture methodologies are a plus.
