Role: Solution Architect
Design and Develop Solutions:
o Architect Comprehensive Solutions: Design detailed technical solutions that meet diverse client needs across multiple digital platforms.
o Strategic Alignment: Ensure solutions align with clients' business strategies and technology standards.
? Implementation and Integration:
o Lead Implementation: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
o Cross-Platform Expertise: Work with various digital platforms (e.g., cloud services, mobile applications, web technologies) to deliver robust solutions.
? Technical Documentation:
o Develop Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions.
o Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on development progress, costs, and budgets.
? System Assessment and Upgrades:
o Evaluate Constraints: Assess project constraints and identify alternatives to mitigate risks.
o Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security.
? Technical Guidance: o Mentor Teams: Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Skills Required:
? Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of system architecture, programming languages, cloud technologies, various digital platforms, and popular web development stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP).
? Strength in Python, PHP, Java highly preferred.
? Data and AI Solutioning: Knowledge and experience in data engineering and/or AI solutioning as strong plus.
? Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of system architecture, programming languages, cloud technologies, and various digital platforms.
? Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
? Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
? Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy and objectives, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
