Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with sales for customer discovery, technical interviews, needs analysis. Design cloud architectures across IaaS/PaaS/containers/DB/big data/security/large-scale AI&LLM workloads (public/private/hybrid cloud).
2. Develop end-to-end tech documents (proposals, designs, bids, migration plans, feasibility studies, cost estimates). Deliver pre-sales activities (briefings, consulting, PoC demos, demo env setup, integration testing).
3. Define migration paths, conduct assessments, and provide app modernization record for traditional environment migrations. Participate in AI/LLM solution design (on-prem model deployment, enterprise KB dev, RAG architecture, inference optimization, GPU planning, API integration).
4. Coordinate cross-functional collab (R&D, product, delivery, support) for timely issue resolution & optimal customer experience. Support customer PoC validation, performance benchmarking, compatibility testing, deliver reports & optimization records .
5. Contribute to industry solution development & best-practice frameworks in hybrid cloud, cloud-native, AI/LLM apps.
6. Provide technical support per customer needs (basic platform deployment validation, pre-delivery checks, go-live assistance).

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's+ in CS, Communications, Software English, or related.
2. Familiar with at least one major public cloud (Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
3. Strong documentation, communication, presentation; independent pre-sales delivery. Proven ability to analyze/resolve complex tech problems & drive projects under pressure.
4. Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud, or AI/LLM app architecture preferred.
5. Certifications from cloud providers (e.g., TCA/TCP/AWS SA) or related AI certs preferred.
