Global Digital Services is providing its internal partners, the BASF business and service units with innovative and efficient business solutions anywhere in the world with competitive costs globally. The unit Digitalization of Production & Technology is supporting mainly BASF Operating Divisions with differentiated solutions and IT products under a strong agile culture. This means, offering new and innovative product, that help them meet BASF Group growth targets.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Consultant or DevOps Engineer to lead and support the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module in a complex, multi-entity enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Service processes, DevOps methodologies, and the financial aspects of intra- and inter-company cost allocations, including cross-company invoicing and third-party billing.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to define and implement cost allocation models for intra- and inter-company services.
• Design and configure cross-company billing scenarios, including third-party invoicing, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Integrate SAP Service with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PM, FI/CO) and third-party systems.
• Apply DevOps principles to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of SAP environments.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of the Service Module.
• Proven experience with intercompany processes, cost center accounting, internal orders, and cross-company code transactions.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration points.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and ABAP development is a plus.
