responsible for developing commercially viable end-to-end logistics solutions covering warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, cross-border movements, and supply chain visibility. This role works closely with Sales/BD, Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to translate customer requirements into executable, cost-efficient, and scalable solutions.
a) Key Responsibilities
Design integrated logistics solutions
based on customer RFQs/RFPs, including inbound/outbound flows, storage planning, VAS activities, domestic distribution, cross-border operations, and system integration (WMS/TMS).
Develop operational plans
such as process flows, warehouse layout, capacity assumptions, racking and MHE planning, manpower models, and fleet requirements.
Build comprehensive costing models
covering warehouse, transport, overheads, and commercial margins; collaborate with Finance to finalize customer pricing.
Validate solution feasibility
with Operations, ensuring resource availability, readiness, and risk mitigation for space, manpower, subcontractors, and implementation timeline.
Support new business implementation
by preparing SOPs, KPI frameworks, and solution documentation; participate in customer presentations, site visits, and handover to Implementation teams.
Drive continuous improvement
by maintaining solution templates, benchmarking market practices, and enhancing internal tools to improve proposal turnaround time.

c) Requirement
Education & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in logistics solution design, warehouse planning/engineering, or transport planning.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound, VAS) and distribution/last-mile processes.
Familiar with import/export and cross-border logistics.
Proficient in building cost models (Excel) and preparing proposal decks (PowerPoint).
Able to interpret warehouse layouts; knowledge of AutoCAD/Visio is an advantage.
Business & Commercial Skills
Ability to convert operational data into commercial proposals with clear costing and margins.
Confident in presenting solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Soft Skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and strong in communication.
Fast-paced, able to work under tender/RFQ timelines.
High ownership and problem-solving mindset.
d) Added Advantages (Bonus)
Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or high-tech distribution.
Exposure to WMS/TMS platforms, ePOD, or live tracking.
Knowledge of warehouse automation or cold-chain operations.
Experience working in 3PL/4PL environment.
