Supports the technology planning strategy direction and design choices within solutions used to meet the business requirements of SITA customers.

What You Will Do

• Guides and contributes to the technical qualification of proposals submitted to customers developing knowledge of current new or evolving technologies and SITA solution portfolios.
• Guides and contributes to the design coordination and development solutions working with multiple parties both internally and externally.
• Guides and contributes to the transfer of projects for implementation.
• Interact with colleagues to gain knowledge and to share ideas

Who You Are

• Experience in Information Technology Telecom Industry or Air Transport Industry technology in a technical pre-sales role
• CCNA / CCNP is good to have
• Solid experience in Routing Technologies & Protocols MPLS, BGP, OSPF, Multi VPN, HSRP / VRRP, Policy Based Routing.
• Solid experience in Switching VLAN, Trunking, STP
• Solid experience in Security IPSEC, Access-list, NAT, understanding of Firewall functions
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (good to have)
• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Technologies
• Proven track record in producing communicating and documenting successful technical customer solutions
• Understanding, or exposure to any of the following technology is a great plus
• Cloud Connectivity such as AWS Direct Connect, Azure Express
• Cloud Security such as Zscaler, Cisco umbrella
• SDWAN such as Cisco SDWAN or Versa SDWAN or WAN
