(Business Development): * Drive demand creation activity on respective segment in increasing sales and profitability.

• Move up the value chain for early prescription and influence on policy, guidance into commercial and industry owner preference.
• Accountable for data center vertical development activities which will be materialized in the next 2-3 years.
• Responsible for Huawei Digital Power portfolio, mainly on UPS solution and cooling system feasibility study, provide convincing proposal by showing strong justification base on proven business case.

• To further penetrate long existed DC or co-location, in providing engineering, construction and professional consulting services to optimize client asset in a trusted advisory role.
• Monitor market movements to identify sales trends and new business opportunities
• Drive profitable growth of the customer base through innovative energy solutions. This includes identifying, sourcing, evaluating, creating and delivering business opportunities that deliver value to both company and its clients

• Building & managing the sales pipeline, regularly update & report the project funnel.
• Manage SPRTA for Project Sales and close collaboration with Product Offer Marketing on SPA for profit optimization.
• Working closely with vendors and internal procurement team when
• Grow and advocate XtructureD\xe2\x84\xa2 (XD) solutions, create more solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Offer Marketing on project forecast ensure sustainability of inventory.

Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent qualification.
• Excellent business acumen, networking and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, fast learner, able to work independently
• Able to communicate fluently in English, Malay, and Mandarin
• Must own a vehicle, willing to travel
