APPLICATION YOU WILL USE: Google API (Apigee) Microsoft Azure Axway B2Bi Axway Policy Studio WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: At least 5 years of experience in service/application support Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet SLA Resourceful and commitment to provide quality service Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving Fluent in English Knowledge of connectivity protocols (API, AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, MQ-Middleware) Knowledge of SQL on application support/user level Proficient in Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting Understanding of TCP/IP architecture Understanding of public key cryptography concepts, secure connectivity
