Remuneration: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 (based on Experience) + Yearly bonus
Location: Subang Jaya
Working days: Standard (Mon-Fri)Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the solution team (development and solution architect) in application implementation and documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support on solutions, hardware, and operating systems (Windows / Cloud / Android).
• Involve in full application implementation (hardware/software installation) and after-service support.
• Willing to learn and support label template development and basic application coding (scripting).
• Travel to customer sites to perform support tasks, system troubleshooting, solution updates, or installations.
• Involve in first-level software maintenance support and solving reported issues.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferred candidates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar field (fresh graduates with good personality and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge or understanding of software applications (standard or customized) and system support will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in IT hardware, networking, and configuration.
• Willing to learn and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving, planning, customer service, and time management skills.
