SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT Our innovative and growing company is looking for a solutions consultant. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position. Mainly responsible for understanding the company\'s strategy, conducting market demand research and analysis of knowledge services for a certain subdivision industry, completing and continuing to follow up the industry policy and market development trends of the subdivision field, sorting out the knowledge system of the subdivision field for product development
Provide market demand; establish a directory of key companies in the subdivided industry and a database of market customers, tap potential typical users in this industry, and provide strong evidence and support for opening up the market in the subdivided industry. Communication: You may be required to present company solutions to clients, so it\xe2\x80\x99s important to be able to clearly explain your ideas. Problem-solving: Your ability to identify and solve problems and develop effective solutions for clients. \xe3\x80\x90Working place\xe3\x80\x91 Malaysia The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for:
\xe2\x80\x93 Providing pre-sales technical / functional support for our products and services
\xe2\x80\x93 Assisting the sales team in identifying and developing opportunities with new and existing customers
\xe2\x80\x93 Answering technical questions from customers and prospects
\xe2\x80\x93 Developing and delivering presentations and demonstrations
\xe2\x80\x93 Providing input on product development based on customer feedback
\xe2\x80\x93 Supporting the implementation of our products and services at customer sites
\xe2\x80\x93 Building and maintaining relationships with customers Duties & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x93 Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and objectives
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, features, and capabilities, as well as the competitive landscape
\xe2\x80\x93 Work with internal teams to develop creative solutions that address customer challenges and map to our product strengths
\xe2\x80\x93 Create detailed proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and how they can be applied to achieve customer goals
\xe2\x80\x93 Attend trade shows, webinars, and other events on behalf of the company
\xe2\x80\x93 Manage multiple projects concurrently, keeping all stakeholders apprised of project status and next steps
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system Required Skills and Qualifications: \xe2\x80\x93 Master degree or above,
\xe2\x80\x93 Must show initiative and be flexible;
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines; \xe2\x80\x93 5 or more years of experience in a consulting role
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in implementing cross-channel or multichannel marketing strategies
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on track and within budget
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent verbal, writing, grammatical, time management, and organizational skills;
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company information
\xe2\x80\x93 Willing to travel 30-40% of the time for customer onsite visits;
\xe2\x80\x93 Clear logic, strong understanding and expression skills, strong self-learning ability, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
\xe2\x80\x93 Love research, be good at analysis, have good understanding ability and logical analysis ability;
\xe2\x80\x93 Good at communicating with people, good at deeply understanding problems and guiding customers to solve problems. What we offer you: - Three-day working per week
