Responsibilities:
Promote and present the company's solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal preparations.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
Complete all assigned tasks within the required quality standards and timeline.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Adapt to additional responsibilities or revised roles as required by the company.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
Knowledge of software solutions, IT systems, or enterprise products is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations.
Good communication and presentation skills.
