This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey. This role will report to Technical Manager.\xe2\x80\x8bAs the Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Support calls for L2 troubleshooting
• Handle Project Kick off Meeting
• Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity equipment
• Configuration of cybersecurity equipment
• Migration of cyber security equipment
• User Acceptance Test
• To draft documentation for project
• Proactively managing customer\'s expectation
• Knowledge Transfer to the partners or end users
• Involve in the Vendor Training

• ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field

• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in multitasking and capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.
