Solutions and Proposal Manager

The position calls for excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines. This role asks to be a lead to support sales pursuits and competitive renewals. You will ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentations, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, identify bid / proposal process improvements and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution.

As a Core member of the team, you will support the team\xe2\x80\x99s people\xe2\x80\x99s growth and development through training and coaching sessions.

Other role includes:

• Partner with key stakeholders, mainly designated Country Sales Lead and other Solution & Proposal team members provide tailored, competitive solutions and proposal material for qualified requests
• Manage the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients.
• Manage and drive the Proposal Process such as
• Creating Proposal strategies
• Identify, capture and develop win themes
• Develop bid program, timelines and identify necessary resources
• Understand competitive landscape and seek to positively differentiate our proposals
• Coordinate cross functional teams to build staffing models, detailed savings glide paths, technology offerings and specific outcomes that our clients will use to evaluate JLL within their selection process
• Assess financial and operational risks for JLL, as well as evaluating the alignment of proposed solution with commercial model
• Produce consistent high quality, customer focused tender responses within allocated time frames
• Work with creative teams to enhance visual impact of tender responses / presentations

In addition

• Participate as part of the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globe to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of solutions & best practices across the business.
• Champion proposal best practice
• Monitor & highlight continuous improvement and development opportunities
• Work closely with the Asia Pacific Bid COE team to maintain bid library and other relevant business development collateral

Qualifications

• A strong operational background in Real Estate (ideally Facilities Management), and/or experience supporting the Sales/RFP process at a regional level. You should understand solution design concepts like gearing ratios, organizational design, and RACI design of roles.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience) in Business development, Solution Development, Account Management, Facilities Management and/or Bid Management preferably within the real estate industry
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), coupled with strong influencing skills \xe2\x80\x93 particularly at a senior level
• Highly organised team player, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines
• Deep knowledge of key MS Office products
• Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
