To create and maintain an exemplary working attitudes. To work closely with Food & Beverage Director to execute all wine related duties.To guide and supervise the work of wines agent in order to improve and maintain the standards of Hilton Wine Experience. Ensure the correct sequence of wine service is expertly executed exceeding the expectation. Assist Food & Beverage Director in training and other wine related duties.What will I be doing?\xc3\x98 To lead wine agents by exemplary working attitude and good organizing skills.\xc3\x98 Should posses good working attitude e.g. punctuality, neat appearance, respect and ability to take orders from supervisor.\xc3\x98 To develop and maintain training, supervise and discipline all wine agents.\xc3\x98 Create and maintaining a highly professional relationship with guest in area of wines.\xc3\x98 Possess a management ability that ensures a successful handling of the outlets wine matters.\xc3\x98 To follow service standard of the outlet you are attached to, above the wine service standard. E.g. usage of tray, standard verbiage and service sequence.\xc3\x98 Good up sell and recommending skills.\xc3\x98 Ensure the correct and consistent wine service techniques for various meal period and outlet according to respective outlets.\xc3\x98 Anticipate, in advance, all stock and supplies and assure their availability.\xc3\x98 Responsible for Studio outlets daily house pour inventory performed by the wine agents.\xc3\x98 To responsible for all wine accessories and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance.\xc3\x98 Observe daily conditions of cellar and wines in the outlets; makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.\xc3\x98 Assist Food & Beverage Director in preparing manning schedules, which allow for appropriate service while controlling labor cost and overtime\xc3\x98 Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation in all outlets in Studio\xc3\x98 In-depth knowledge of beverages liquor, cocktail and spirits..\xc3\x98 Attend and participate in all required meetings.\xc3\x98 Promote teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate.\xc3\x98 Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.\xc3\x98 Handle all inventories directly involved with the wine programme.\xc3\x98 Well versed in computer programs and know-how of POS system.\xc3\x98 Ability to handle operation problems, guest complains and feedbacks.\xc3\x98 Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.\xc3\x98 Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and team members.\xc3\x98 Control standards, performance, employees\' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies.What are we looking for?Candidate to have a excellent wine and communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in service industry, with good exposure to an established wine programme. Able to work independently with a minimal supervision.As Sommelier serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4 / 5-star category hotel.

• Good English skills, both written and verbal to meet business needs.

• Familiar with computer systems.

• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.

• Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.

• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.

• Strong leadership, people management and training skills.

• Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.

• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings.

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.

• Key strengths (under the 9 competencies) in people management communication and planning.

• Show commitment and ability to develop as an Outlet Manager in your next role.

• Outgoing personality and willing to work for long hours.
