Key Responsibilities:
Perform ultrasound examinations (e.g., abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, musculoskeletal, vascular) accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain equipment for procedures.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during scans.
Interpret preliminary images and provide reports to physicians.
Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
Adhere to clinic/hospital protocols and health & safety standards.
Assist in training or guiding junior staff if required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging / Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent.
Registered with
MPS / relevant professional body
(if applicable).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in sonography.
Proficient in operating ultrasound equipment and image processing software.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
