Job Description

? The role reports to the Corporate Senior Global Category Manager.

? The role requires approximately 20% travel.

? Preferred candidates will have sourcing experience in capacitor or inductor raw materials. However, candidates without this specific experience may also be considered.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Material/ Electrical Engineering/ Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or any other equivalent discipline. At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in industrial manufacturing Candidates with capacitor raw material sourcing experience will be an added advantage (film and/or ceramiccapacitor)o Strategic thinking and analytic skills, inclusive but not limited to total cost of ownership and detailed costelements, etc.o Market research capability, e.g., labour rate, inflation rate and raw material cost, etc.o Ability work in a matrix organization and support multiple business units globally.o Well-developed negotiation and communication skill (both verbal & written).o Willing to travel for business meetings and supplier audit, etc.
