Sourcing Buyer \xe2\x80\x93 AMA-EastWhat this job involves: Driving Commercial Value for SuccessJLL has an opportunity for a Sourcing Buyer to drive commercial value in our facilities management (FM) services for our client. It involves the facilitation and management of vendors & key stakeholders.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to drive sourcing activities & strategies to unlock saving & commercial opportunities.There will be a need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with other stakeholders to establish an effective organizational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place for all commercial and sourcing activities. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also attend meetings, support tendering activities, coordinate with other stakeholder teams, so an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks will serve you well.Making clients our priorityThe best person for this job is one who always considers what\xe2\x80\x99s best for our clients. You\xe2\x80\x99ll accomplish this by creating a network of professional consultants who can deliver the required scope of every project.Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements. It\xe2\x80\x99s the best way to protect both our and the clients\xe2\x80\x99 commercial interests. Your expertise will also be central in identifying project risks and mitigating them. Furthermore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for developing reports, analysis, and reviews regularly.A snapshot of the role: Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with a proven record of managing the overall sourcing process
Strong understanding of the facilities management (FM) services.
Be responsible for savings delivery and the respective reporting
Advise Operations on cost effective and value-added works
Monitor sourcing process including tendering, recommendation, and contract award
Develop and maintain the long-term partnership with vendors, manage vendor selection and evaluation, and improvement initiatives
Networking with target suppliers, and industry practitioners
Collaborate with the Client & Operations to translate business requirements into time-bound actions
Recommend sourcing strategies and e-bidding strategies
Manage complex analyses and share actionable insights
Engage independently with suppliers
Perform ad hoc assignments by management

Spoken English proficiency
FM services background preferred
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Logical approach and high attention to detail
