Position : Sourcing Lead - Facilities and Engineered Equipment Company Industry : Oil & Gas (HR Shared Service) Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 11AM - 8PM Working Arrangement : Hybrid (60/40). Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY(renewal) WHO CAN APPLY . Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline and / or related field . Has minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of practical and application in End to End sourcing and contracting of services and commodities . Strong commercial acumen and communication (oral and written English language) skills - handle ASPAC region . Good stakeholder management skills managing Global Stakeholders . Good influencing and negotiation skills, as well as proven leadership behaviors . Ability to work on shift hours . Able to start in short notice . Open only for Malaysian KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Sourcing Lead will support/manage end-to-end Sourcing and Contracting projects as per business request, inclusive but not limited to the following activities: 1. Case Management 2. Sourcing Strategy 3. Supplier Prequalification 4. Event Management 5. Contracting 6.
