- Liaise and coordinate with vendors to process and monitor customer orders and
- Order Processing: Issue Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), invoices,
- Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any
- Handle documentation for Inspection Quality Control (IQC), including maintaining
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation.

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
- Good team player who is independent and self-motivated
