SOUS CHEF
SALARY : MYR 2,500 - RM 3,000
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b)
- Qualification in baking, kitchen production or management will be an
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational
- Must be able to work on shift.
- Working Location: Perhentian Island, Terengganu
Job Responsibilities
- Plans, direct, control, and coordinates the activities of all personnel
ensure an efficient and smooth operation all time.
- Prepare a wide variety of menus for asian, western and pastries following
- Create new and exciting dessert to renew our menus and engage the
- Monitor stocks and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Sees to it that all food prepared and served is according to the standard
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used.
- Studies new ways of presenting food item and new food costing
- Maintain restaurant food costs, quality, policies and procedures
- Leading, training & motivating staff. Identify staffing needs and help on
