Job Description



Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Supervise Commis Chef and ensure workflow efficiency. Oversee food prep, cooking, and plating quality. Handle stock monitoring and kitchen cleanliness. Step in as Acting Head Chef when needed.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen operations. Good cooking skills and knowledge of food handling. Able to lead and guide junior kitchen staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
