Responsibilities

We are seeking Junior Sous Chef to join the Culinary team of D EMPIRE Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. This position is to assist the Culinary Team in carrying out the requirements of their responsibility.
Candidate must and/or experience working in fine dining restaurant and / or full ala-carte service restaurant
Candidate must understand the method of food costing and how to prepare
To guide and supervising, coordinating and participating in activities of personnel engaged in preparation, cooking and serving food for outlet as instructed.
Encourage and inspire team members to perform at their level best.
