Job Description



We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine, to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine, leading kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Requirements



Knowledge in Cooking, Food Handling and Quality Control Able to work and lead a team, work with various departments and maintain a high standard of quality for food as well as hygiene Must have the interest and passion for the cuisine Must have own transportation

Responsibilities



Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistent cooking standards and efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and minimizing food waste. Step in to lead the kitchen during the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth service and high culinary standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
