  • Open to outstation candidate
  • At least have 3 years working experience as a sous chef and culinary art.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English,
  • Have F & B Management experience will more preferable
  • Have certain communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility
Tanggungjawab
  • Follow the arrangement of the personnel administration department, be responsible for the cooking of food, and ensure the quality of food
  • Responsible for checking the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen
  • Responsible for the deployment of kitchen staff
  • Pay close attention to budgeting and pay attention to cost accounting Eligibility: 1.20
  • Oversea Kitchen operation
