About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the stable, efficient operation of customers' data center cooling systems. This includes installation guidance, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of precision air-conditioning equipment. Your work helps minimize downtime, strengthen customer confidence, and support energy-efficient, green data center operations in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide installation guidance, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for data center cooling equipment (precision room AC, in-row AC, rack cooling systems, etc.). Develop and implement maintenance plans based on customer needs. Respond promptly to customer fault reports and perform on-site diagnosis and repairs to reduce downtime. Work closely with customers, service vendors, and internal teams; provide feedback on equipment performance and customer needs. Support regional service targets and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

Education & Background

Bachelor's degree (preferred: Refrigeration Engineering or related field). Minimum

3 years' experience

in data center cooling systems, with at least

2 years hands-on

experience on precision AC / in-row cooling equipment.

Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, fire protection). Solid theoretical knowledge of refrigeration systems and key components. Ability to perform installation guidance, diagnostics, and prepare maintenance reports. Able to communicate in English; willingness to respond to after-sales needs (on-call when required).

Compensation

Base salary + Year-end bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
