Front Desk / Receptionist
to join our spa and wellness team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing bookings, and supporting the smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage appointment bookings through phone, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Answer phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries regarding treatments, services, and availability.
Handle customer payments, receipts, and related administrative tasks accurately.
Coordinate daily schedules with therapists to ensure efficient flow of appointments.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and lobby area.
Assist in promoting spa services, promotions, and wellness packages.
Support basic daily operational needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in spa, wellness, or hospitality).
Friendly, professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and booking system knowledge.
